Driving my Bee Tomorrow after 12 or so Years

The photo of all three of you in the car was priceless, make a copy frame it and
put in a location where he has access to see it every day.
You made his dream come true, what a son you turned out to be.
I wish I had you as a neighbor.

Absolutely out-damn-standing! I nearly lost my Pop back in September to that damn cancer. Defenitely puts things in perspective for me. I thought about getting the Road Runner ready in time to give him a ride, but told him to stick his damned Chevy loving thumb out instead... lol. The day I lose his sense of humor terrifies me.

beautiful car and great story. we lost a 68 hemi coronet R/T in 1973 to a house fire when i was a kid. then i lost my dad before we were ever able to find another one or duplicate the car. that is so awesome that your dad is able to cruise and enjoy his dream ride that you made possible. my prayers are sent out to you and your family, enjoy every moment...you are the man

Sorry Dennis my color code is xx1 on my fender tag but went to get a color match and it was not even close. A 67 color was a close as I could find for some minor touch ups. When I go back I will find that code for the 67 color so I can write it down.

I have already printed out a few pictures for him and he wants some bigger so that is the next thing.

I should have the trans fixed in a few weeks if it is only the front main seal. I will do the rear also while I am at it. Is there anything else you guys would do while I have the trans pulled?
