Dual quad carburetors question

I have a dual quad intake for a 318 poly. I believe that the original carbs were Carter WCFB 2631-S and 2632-S. I was wondering if anyone knows what the CFM was for those carbs and if there is another carb similar to those two that can be used in their place. Thanks!

I'm thinking they are around 380-400 cfm each

Yeah, I think runner nailed it. If they are over 400 CFM I'd be really surprised. The Rochester 4GC would be the closest match I can think of that would fit on that intake, but those were used on GM cars.

Couple of Holley 390's might put you more in the cfm range that you're after for those whopping 318 cubes. Are you doing any head work or is this a bone stock Poly?

I think Meep meep is right, there a Carter only carb intake.

It would be hard to find the old WCFB carbs, but there out there. You just need to beat the bushes hard and often in order to find them.
