Dual quad intake???

Cool clip..

what other B-body Plymouth had a 440 in 67 aside from the GTX?

you are right, the filler cap is not there...

when the hood goes up, you see the Plymouth hood ornament---:24-:28; and the shot of the 440---:57-1:01

I'm thinking you have a desoto intake manifold there

I believe you may very well be correct...

The Chrysler Hemis and Chrysler poly engines had a separate housing that ran from head to head that held the water neck.

The Desoto still had the Hemi in '57 and the Adventurer was a 341 with 2 4bbls.

Still a possibilty is a '57 Dodge D500 or maybe a Custom Royal, but the field is narrowed substantially.

Find someone with one of these and they would likely find a home for it...

Intake is for/from a 57 Adventurer 345 cu.in engine.

I checked my original '57 Desoto service manual and it only shows the 2 different displacements, the 325 poly for the Firesweep and the 341 Hemi for the others.

My Fireflite was a 341 Hemi with a single 4bbl... 3.78" bore and 3.8" stroke.

Here's some info I found:

DeSoto had a 341 cu. in. Hemi in the 1956 Adventurer with a 2-4bbl intake, and a 345 incher(I think it's a misprint-should be 354?) in the 57 Adventurer with 2-4's. Got this info from the "Hot Heads" site, renowned for their early Hemi knowledge.

It actually is 345.
