dumb question

my67 coronet doesnt have a trunk lock cylinder how do i get it open to get the stuff out of the trunk. haha :confused5:

Use a long flat bladed screw driver. Your aiming for a slot a few inches in the opening. Maybe take a light so you can see what your aiming for.

there's no such thing as a dumb question...just dumb answers.

Like Homstead said, shine your light where the cylinder would be and you will see a slot. Apply long shafted screwdriver there and twist slightly clockwise (about a quarter turn). pop it will go. Easy as pie.
