e body 8 3/4 diff

I have found on the net various widths given out for e body diffs, will an e body diff fit in a 63 polara? or are they too wide? I know the perches are 2" too wide and will have to be moved but is the overall width too big? cheers in advance.:notworthy:

yep that's what I got from one site but another has it at 58 1/2" vs 61 5/8" which is a bit different,
1.5" I can handle no problem but 3 " is too much

E-body is going to be 3-1/8" wider than your 63B.
