My oldest son’s view from his job site in Steamboat Springs, CO.

an hour. Under a flash flood warning.

rain in less than 12 hrs.
2 people dead, and hundreds
rescued by the national
guard. Cars were floating
down main street.
We're fine. The only flood
damage incurred was a little
bit of water in the basement.
