EBay Motors Charge Commission?

I'm confused about EBay Motors. I thought I read online they charge a percentage commission fee but when I went onsite I only found 3 different "packages" that seemed to have just a pretty reasonable flat fee $19, $49, or $79. Anyone use them recently that knows for sure how it works? Thank you.

I think car sales are flat fee now.

But parts sales are a listing fee and percentage of the sale amount

That said. I've not sold anything there In years. So could be different now
