engine code on valvecover

Does anyone know what kind of engine code was written on the valvecover of a 426 Max Wedge engine?

( I have attached a random engine pic from the internet, just as an example )

Depends. The assembly number changed year to year as well as between different versions of the MW. What year and which variation are we talking about? Do we know for a fact that a number was there on a MW?

Goodmorning,
I am cloning my car into a 1963 lightweight Max Wedge car; so with the hoodscoop. Original engine would have been a 13.5:1 compression.
As my car may look nice, it is a 100% clone. But i'd like to have it look as original as possible.
