68 coronet pulled original 318 , installing a 360 create motor came out of a (74 dodge truck) What the heck do I do for motor mount nothing lines up !! Thanks

you need 360 engine mounts

The drivers side on the 318 & 360 are the same, but the right side, passenger lugs are different on the 360 block. I wish somebody knew why Chrysler did that. It made no sense.

The only difference is the distance front to back on the left side block ears. A little cut and weld of the block side of the motor mount bracket and you are good to go. You'll need 360 car oil pan as well. Rear main cap outer diameter is different than 273/318/340.
