This extreme weather is a killer. I had to leave the air conditioned house to mow the lawn. Luckily shorts and flip flops made it bearable until I could get back inside. Ice cold lemonade also helped.

It is a killer, I had to put on a jacket today when I took the trash out because the temperature dropped from 72 yesterday to 30 degrees tonight with some snow flurries!

Living here in California we are blessed with great weather.... And Bat **** Crazy Politicians.... Snow flurries are rare except amongst the coke heads... I remember long ago when my room mate got sucked into the Blizzard of 85...

All you poor Twinkies in California.....waaa...waaa...waaa........we're gonna get 4-6 inches of snow today. Got my blower ready and the beer cup holder fixed. Bring it on! Seriously, the northern part of California(north of San Fran) is very beautiful. It's the only part I've been to. I know you guys can drive to the snow in the mountains but you folks have enough to deal with, with the fires, mud slides and god forbid, the possible earth quakes, the high cost of everything, your so-called politicians and who knows what else. Enjoy life and those cars guys! Time to go out to the garage and turn on the heat.


yes....I can take the verbal abuse if you so desire. God knows my neighbors are all over abusing me, especially when the fridge is empty in the garage.

Yes we have many challenges here in CA. But we also have many blessings as well. I find it kind of interesting how so many outside of the state like to take shots at it since they’re states have so often much to be desired. I guess CA gets knocked a lot because it leads in so much. BtW - writing this as I have lunch at an Oceanside restaurant in Laguna Beach. Oooohh well....

I like snow, great for skiing, but not to sure I’d like dealing with it for months at a time.

I seeded my backyard with tall fescue about a week ago and it’s starting to come in, gotta love this weather!
