I like to meet people, I like to socialize, I like being kind and taking interest in what others are doing and helping people. So, my wife and I went to dinner last night and while we were waiting for a table (10 minutes or so). I struck up a conversation with the couple who came in behind us. By coincidence we were seated at adjacent tables so the conversation continued. When we were talking to the couple, the husband was telling me a story about his attempt to put up crown molding and how he could not figure out how to make tight/precise cuts so that everything looked professional. I told him the trick of how to make it easy, once I told him you could see the excitement on his face and how appreciative he was. We got to talking about boating and fishing and a couple beers later, we end up getting invited to go join them at their "summer home " where they are hosting their oldest sons wedding next weekend.
On the way home my wife, who is an introvert says "I cannot believe that we went to dinner and somehow I now have to find or buy a dress to attend a wedding because you made friends with a strangers". I just smiled and said that's how I am.
Are you an extrovert or introvert. Also, how do you feel about the opposite kind of people?
