Noticed this today on my 69 Road Runner. Drivers side by the vin. Anyone have any ideas what it means?

It's code for a line worker to another (possibly a male to female) to meet him after work.....

I've found all kinds of numbers on cars when I was parting them. Even found tools from the assembly line including cans in the bottoms of doors and 1/4 window wells. Most of the cars I parted were 68-70 and had the crap run out of them and got many of them after they had been sitting for a few years. The majority of them that got parted happened in the mid 70's and most were pretty much rust free.
And you just noticed it. Poor pictures with the glare. Most likely not done at the factory. Does your VIN on the title match the dash and body vins?

That first pic blows my mind. I agree with WileE. What the hell are we looking at? Then again I'm old and buzzed.
