Fan/PS Belt sizes - 66 Satellite Hemi

Gentlemen. Rock Auto has 3 sizes for power steering belts. (AC Delco)
• 43.75 x 50.5
• 41 3/8 x 46 5/8
• 39 3/8 x 50.5

I’m a no A/C car. So I’m assuming the 46 5/8 inch belt is prob the one? Any info to help me prevent getting the wrong one is appreciated.

There’s only one alt/fan belt from Delco and it references Hemi so prob safe enough on that one. But advise if you think otherwise. Thanks.

I’m having a hell of a time fitting new belts on my 66 Hemi that I just converted to PS. It’s mostly my own making as I have a preference for Dayton Top Cog belts and I can’t find them locally. The one I have got to fit closest on the pump so far is a 15395 belt (39.5”). But it’s at the end of adjustment and not able to be tensioned as much as it should. Probably another 1” shorter would be fine.

BUT - it depends on your pulley sizes and my TRW pump pulley could be different from yours.

All 6 years of the Street Hemi used the same pulleys and ps belt. The PS belt is the wide 17 series belt. I have a few NOS Mopar Hemi PS belts. PM me for more details.

Do you have factory Hemi pulleys? -the PS belt should be wider than the fan belt.

Not sure if you can tell from the picture if my pulleys are original. From checking around I believe the os pump is TRW. Both belts are same width. Changing them out since it’s a new ride and I have no history at all - cheap investment. Thanks.

Take a couple close up pics from the driver side showing the fan and ps pulley with belts that you have. The ps pulley should be quite a bit wider than the fan pulley. Try to get a pic of the crank pulley also. Call my number in the PM and we can discuss it farther.

Let me go to my desktop to see larger pictures. It appears you have the correct pulleys. Your ps belt says 17415, but looks to me to be a 15415. and your fan belt appears to be the 15 series belt also, which is not the correct width. PM me for more details.
