It does - but then again you can see what looks like an arm flailing up in front of the whale after the hit.

It does almost look like a fake. Well, at the very least I would imagine fake as the camera stayed on him, not dropped out of fear or anything.

But, if you look closely, you'll see what looks to be a seal just at the edge of the water behind him. When the whale hits, it looks like the seal trys to run off.

I thought it was fake at first but I saw that seal and it looks as if he walked in between the seal and the ocean and the whale grabbed him instead, on the other hand my question is why didnt we get a WTF from whoever is filming and a freakout????
