Hi all, I have this fender tag I would like to be decoded. I used this LINK (stockmopar.com) but the results are a bit inconsistent like "E-85 = paint code 440-4 barrel?"

I know the car is a 318, just want to double check with the experts which codes could be wrong.
Thank you,.

There are other people WAAAYY more intelligent than I am with fender tags, but what I know and can read is:

E44: 318 2bbl
D31: 904 non “TorqueFlite” trans
WH23: Coronet 440 Hardtop
G: 318 2bbl
0: 1970
EB7: blue interior
114: date built
V1X: black vinyl top
H51: Air Conditioning
R11: Basic AM radio
26: radiator size.

WH= Coronet 440, not 500.

500 would be WP.

114= Scheduled produciton date. May have been built before or after this date.
M21= drip rail moldings
M31= Body belt moldings
