Fender tag question 69 Roadrunner

[FC7 V code]

I was looking at a 69 Roadrunner a couple days ago and it had the following fender tag information.

V32 V21 V6W 26 END
A15 B51 H51 M21 M31 R11
W1 Y4 H2W W1 616 XXXXXX
E63 D32 RM23 H9G XXXXXX

A few of the numbers confused me, and any help decoding the car would be appreciated. With it having two color codes on the 3rd line does that mean it is a two tone car? Also I found the top line confusing....

If that is how the fendertag is stamped, something is definitely amiss. V32 (if such a code exists) would appear after V21.

White with white top and gold , (black) and white inteterior.

Interesting, and probably pretty.

E63: 383 cid 4 barrel V8 H.P. 335hp E63 only tells you it is a 383-4bbl It does not tell you which HP version came in the car. As this is a car with A/C it would have recieved the turquoise 330 horse engine

I had another look at the tag and the first number on the top line is V02. So i guess that would indicate the car should be two tone.
