Fender Tag / Vin information

Hello All,
I am a Fellow Mopar member from FABO.
Trying to get some information on a Fender tag and vin decode for a 1967 B body.
I went to "My Mopar" and got as far as I could but The fender tag decode would not allow me to enter the information off the fender tag for two of the lines.
If anyone here could please help in decoding the tag and the vin it would be sincerely appreciated.
Looking for engine size, trans, rear end, trim, exterior and interior color body type, and any other info you can provide. Does this fender tag belong to this Vin Number ?

Start with the numbers on the lower right and enter them from right to left then move up to the next line right to left etc etc. Its a pain in the butt but thats the easiest way to do it.

Does this fender tag belong to this Vin Number ?

Unless you have reason to believe differently, they probably go together. The B in the VIN equates to the 21 code on the tag. While possible, its hard to believe there was any fraud going own with a /6 car.

68 and earlier cars require documents like broadcast sheets, window stickers, IBM cards or similar factory documents to tie the SO number (the Sales Order number 02289 listed on the tag) to the VIN.
