Just noticed that the fender tag on my '73 Roadrunner is AWOL. It used to be there hanging on by one rivet but now it is gone. Damn. Can I get a new one made up with information off of the build sheet and/or the original sales documentation which I do have? If so, where?

Bob-The guy (can't remmber his name) located in Grand Junction, Co. is an authority in making new fender Tags and his work is meticulously good. He will ask you a lot questions about the car looking for potential dreamers trying to make a phony tag. He will have to have the build sheet, clear title, and proof that the build sheet matches the VIN. He takes no chances so be prepared. I had him do one for me several years ago and I received the 3rd degree and I had to verify everything; and that was a VERY good thing!! I think he charged me around $100.00 which was cheap IMO.

What year is the car you lost the tag off of and do you have a readable picture of the original?

696.....'73 Roadrunner and I do not have a readable picturre of the original Tag. Do you know if the WPC Club is still active in the Phoenix area? Pretty slick, hijacked my own post.......

Godfather....if the fellow in Colorado thinks he is getting the title to my car he is dreaming or smoking something he should be sharing.

Silly............. He'll ask for a Fax'd copy of it not the actual title. He'll need proof it's your car :blob1:

NOPE. Thats been a discussion off and on for a while. If there was, then too many people will use it to discredit a car, saying it is this when it isnt. Not saying that is your intensions but just saying.
