Framing looks to be coming along nicely. Hopefully you get the weather your looking for, good luck.
And they are up.
The roof is on and a lot of trimming out the gables and eves. The end wall is 2x6 up to the cathedral end truss. The decking is done on the storage area with 5/8" Advantech and the stairs are going in. I am thinking about changing the end wall where the storage truss meets the cathedral to add a door so I can hoist up heavy stuff to store.
Getting close to the outside being finished. I framed out an 24" opening at the peak of the cathedral for an exhaust fan and installed a mechanical louver. Lots of upstairs storage!

The whole thing looks great. Nice job 
The building is pretty much done. I am waiting on the garage doors which I had to order. 9x8 steel with R18 insulation. Then the CO so I can go inside and get started.

Got the green light to use it. My first item inside is a 440. Still waiting on the doors.
Doors are in! Ran the right door up the rake to give plenty of lift clearance. Electrical is going in.

Have been working on the electrical the past couple weeks. Dug the trench and laid the conduit for the sub panel. I also ran a separate one for data and TV from my existing attic mounted antenna. I had my electrical inspection Friday so I officially have power! I am running CAT5e for both my computer and IP camera networks. USB outlets above the work bench. 220 for Welder, lift, and mini split.

It all looks great. The loft storage will be handy. I have all the room and no restrictions where I am at but need to get the 2 teen aged girls grown up and out then have funds for my stuff.

sweet. im tearing down my carport shop and building a metal building. 50x50 with 18 ft eaves. cant wait to get it finished.

Don't count on the funds increasing. Grand kids have a way of sucking funds up just as fast as your own. Birthdays, Christmas and the all necessary school programs never seen to stop.
Today I installed two 6MP IP cameras and a switch to test the main data runs back to the house. This along with my speaker wiring was my final items before closing up the walls. The rest of the insulation is being delivered Monday.

Very, very nice!!! Love the loft area (you can never go wrong there) plus the added pitch really adds to the overall appearance. I have to ask, what did you dig that ditch with or is it just the soil that allows for such a perfectly clean ditch? Around here there's so much rock there's no such thing as a pretty hole/ditch.
I dug it by hand with a shovel, this is former farmland so the soil is workable but it was still a chore!
