Well I had asked a good while back about doing a 65 coronet superstock grille.
So first of all I want to thank everyone that helped me out with pictures and provided information needed. I know its been awhile since I had asked , but I stay pretty busy. I made time the last couple of nights to do this. Let me know what you think.
Thanks, Matt :headbang:

Killer!! That looks ten times better than most of the original SS grills done for '65.

Great job Matt! Turned out pretty sweet.

Thanks for all of the great replies! I was pretty stoked about it myself. Just screwed up one grille.. LOL Now I need to wire up a single 3 prong high beam/low beam bulb and I am set to go.
Thanks, Matt

Fantastic work Matt, looks great!! That looks like a nice 64, i believe, Ford there to..

That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!! Looks saweeet!!

looks great but theres no need to wire up anything different for the headlights your outer headlights with have high and low beam with out doing anything once again looks great welcome to the hemi grille registry LOL.

Looks good. I too like what I see of the Ford. When I did my grille, the most frustrating part was trying to get all the pieces to line up perfectly in order to look "factory". Then I saw an original A990 grill and realized that I was going way overboard. In comparison, mine looks professional. I may put it and the scooped hood back on some day. In the meantime, it is sleeper time.

Well that is good to know on the lights, I was not sure if they would have the three prong plug on them or not. As for the ford it is a 64 galaxie that belongs to my brother. It has been in my garage for winter storage. Its a good story on that ford BTW. When my brother was 15 he bought that car and had restored on it to about what you see. Had to sell the car to a guy in South Carolina about 7-8 years ago when his wife left and he got divorced. He had stayed intouch with the guy that had bought it so last fall he bought it back after it had been gone all those years. I was super stoked that he got the oppertunity to buy the car back most of the time that does not happen.
Thanks for the replies on the grille, i will get a few other shots when I put the hood back on. Matt

Looks great man, nice work. I want to do one for my 64 someday....
