Are the hughes rockers bushing or needle bearings on the rocker shaft?

They are not needle bearing. Actually they have been on the eng so long I don't remember if they were bushed or just rode on the part of the rocker arm but no needle bearings as I did not want them. I adjust my valves once a year and they are usually right on the money or only about .001 to .002 out of spec. They have been great and still look like new. Ron
