Yep... but the real million dollar question is what thickness and material type do you need to start with for a successful vacuum forming to end up at the correct thickness?? and can you obtain said thickness of raw material? Like I said above I spent a few months on it and well over two thousand dollars.... and have 36 years experience in the plastics industry.

Not with Covid depleting the sheet stock around the world. I unfortunately don't have machinery to mfg sheet. I can form the channel guide shape successfully, but am about 60% too thick on the perfect raw sheet thickness to obtain perfect details and I can't get any.
