Floor pan wire covers

Can anyone post a pic or guide me to as where the rear wire covers are place on a 69 charger,I know the long ones go from front to rear,n short ones are for the rear.Do they sit flush with the floor pan when folded over or the the rocker lip.

They fold up and sit level with the top of the rocker lip.

Not a great picture and it's a '70 GTX, not a '69 Charger, but maybe this will help. You can kind of see the passenger side cover, this is with the cover open, when it's closed it will sit like BLK 68 R/T said.

Hello guys old thread but wondering how these plates were fixed to the floor i have new floors so i can't tell how these were fixed and how they fit any pictures would be fantastic

They are spot welded from the factory. I hinged mine. The picture in post #4 for easy wire access.
