If you havent heard they recently shut down Fontana Speedway for drag racing use due to some retards complaining one saying he lost hearing when he was about a 1/2 mile away from the track. Heres the link to hopefully get it reopened and get people off the streets for racing.

We need to Resurrect Altamont into a 1/4 mile strip! NorCal needs more than just Infineon! We have just as much if not more space up here then socalledcal does. petition should be to build 5 more up here!

Vacaville, Half Moon Bay, Lodi, Fremont/Baylands here in NorCal & Ontario, Orange County, Lions, Santa Ana, Riverside, Long Beach, Irwindale, LACR & now Fontana in SoCal & probably others I have forgot to list, I visited all of them many times, with my step father in the hay day of the early 60's-late70's, all gone now... Good luck with the petition... Your always welcome up here at Sacramento, Infinion/Sears Point or Famosa/Bakerfield, for now at least, Sacto has housing creeping closer & closer all the time, it's just a matter of time for them too, been there since 1955 or something like that... The people that move in close to these track, long after these tracks were built & then complain about the noise, just pisses me off, they are just like the people that want to buy cheep housing next to an airport, then bitch about the noises, if you don't like it don't move there in the 1st place, freaken idiots...

Yea really, some people have nothing better to do but complain. I'm looking forward to getting out of cali, looking to go to Idaho where firehawk raceway runs twice a week for streeters to race cars plus there's a 1/8 mile near by, and they are away from a lot of people. I would drive to famoso but its like 4 hours away, plus the cost of fuel to maybe get 2-3 runs by the time we get there, it just sucks for socal. I know my dad has ran at those other tracks you listed back in the glory days of cali
