Base on what I could find, the C5ZF-C is specific to the '65 A code 289 engine with a 4 speed. I cleaned it up a bit to find the date code on the base plate (in pictures).
It was on a Mopar 383 for the last 40-45 years but last ran 40+ years ago. I'm putting the original Holley back on my 383 (I have it), so hoping someone can use this on a project.
