This 72 Satellite was just traded in at a dealership in Jacksonville. It's a one family, two owner car that was bought new in 1972 and pretty much is a true original survivor. The dealership has it for sale for $9,900.00. Hard to believe a car like this would be getting traded in.

Wow, that's cool! I just bought a new truck and suggested I trade my HEMI Charger in since it's for sale. They would be giving me the truck and money!

Oh, and it looks just like some of those cars on the "let's make a deal" thread.

2nd time listed.
No takers first time.

Bottom should be gray. -just sayin'.

Pretty obvious in the pics the bottom has been repainted, and doesn't match.

I never really cared for the gray at the bottom, but I bet gray at the bottom of brown/gold is especially questionable.

There was an orange one locally a few years ago with that orange and white interior, and pretty much the only mod was that gray bottom color was painted over in white.
That worked.

Ya I never really cared for it either. This car may have be optioned with it but was only standard on the SSP.
Buddy has a 72 RR the was option with it. Only one I know of.

Heres another 72 Sebring thats for sale on Mopars. Says its original paint. Wouldn't mind owning this one. The 3 that I've owned did not have silver lowers. Just say'n:D

i had a 72 sebring plus, original paint, vitamin C orange/silver two tone with a white canopy top and white interior , buckets, console ,tuff wheel, 318 ,rallyes, dual chrome sport mirrors, dual exhaust with tips and a horseshoe hood with no callouts that i got from a dealership in 1991 for 2995.00 lol great car, i loved it, a real head turner. dont know how the hood ended up on it , but it was orange and looked original to the car. it must have been added early in its life. i miss that one.

That gold car is sweet $9900 you would think it would sell pretty easy, only drawback is it's a small block car, I wonder what the dealership gave them for trade in price, maybe $5k -$7k at the most, if they are selling for $9900... that white Satellite Sebring is just freaken cool...

Hmmm, there was a nice green 72 SSP down here for sale a while ago.
It had a Roadrunner style "horse shoe" hood with no numbers.

Hmmm.

Wow that is in pretty good shape. Now that gives me an idea what to ask for mine.

Yep, it does look like its in good shape, i wonder how many youngsters go by there and wonder what it is :)

Oh man. I want that gold Satty so bad. Must remind myself that my Charger was a one family 2 owner car that's a true survivor, and it rules the wasteland. Somebody better snap that car up... somebody here who will appreciate it and give it TLC!
