Found a 1964 Belvedere

Mopar Action bought a shoulder belt kit for their Savvy Savoy. I want to say it was an XV product but it's been a while since I read that issue. They had to weld in a plate on the B pillar, I think everything else was a bolt on.

They make great cars, I have a 4 door I'm building into my family car now. It is getting a Gen III Hemi with a 6 speed, Hotchkis suspension, 18" wheels. It started out just like that one with only 46,000 miles. 64 Plymouth 20.jpg

Wow racer, that looks awesome! Maybe when my Daughter is done with it, I'll give it a second life. Yours sounds like it will be a very nicely updated Belvedere when you get it finished up. Thanks for sharing!

That sounds horrible! No worries; I'm not planning to cut the car to add shoulder belts if I get it.

Thanks,

JD

I know quite a few guys who ditched the bench seat and put in Sebring 'vert buckets with built in shoulder belts. I have a pair myself I intend to use on my '64 Dodge 4dr Polara.

Damn that car above looks sweet!! What a way to get the groceries, lol!!
