Found a 71 RM23 factory 3 speed floor shift

I think the factory color is black - TX9

Does the interior code say V2X9?

Would that be the orange and black seats?

That is an M2X9 black bench seat. The car also looks to be equipped with power disc brakes, tinted glass, dual exhaust (no tips), and the standard AM radio.

You are correct, Black with black bench seats. I stated the color and console that he was told that the car was and had. After seeing the fender tag I know why I shouldn't convey what I'm told without verifing the info.
