Frame / Body Dimesnions from Service Manual

Getting ready to check my frame / body to verify it is straight and bill a frame jig.

See the FSM diagram below. The question is, what exactly are the points L, E, and F?

L I should be able to identify without question, but E and F...hrmm, seems to be located someplace on the front and rear spring hangers.

L is a hole in front frame rails just ahead of torsion bar frame. E is front rear leaf hanger bolt centerline. F is shackle bolt at frame centerline. From looks of drawing.
