I have a set of 452 heads that just got done at the machine shop. They have new valves, seals, retainers, locks and double springs with dampners. They should be good for up to .600" lift. I bought an engine with these heads on it and have no use for them. You should be able to put your rockers on and be ready to go. Asking $500. I would be able to deliver to the mopower swap meet in columbus or maybe even the swap meet in Indy.
