That's one of those B body muscle cars that came out before the GTO.....right?
That's right. The 426 Max Wedge engine was available as an Option in the '63 Plymouth Savoy and was rated at 425 hp when fitted with the dual four-barrel setup. The GTO was a Pontiac production Model which arrived in '64.

That Plymouth would stomp a mudhole in any GTO ever produced!
 
Believe that's a '63 Polara 440 sedan. Anyone else care to chip in?
1963 Dodge Polara 500 2-door hardtop. The term "sedan" usually refers to a 4-door car, with a "b" pillar that goes to the roof.

Ah yes... forgot that the dedicated hardtop roof came out in 64!
63 got 1 roof! Post, hardtop, sedan, 4dr, 2dr, doesn't matter! 1 roof for all
