On a 69 roadrunner, that's Q5, Seafoam. I don't know what Dodge's name was.

Edit: specifically, Seafoam turquoise metallic. Maybe Dodge just called it Turquoise.

Pretty sure the paint code would be the same, and the "Q5" would appear on the fender tag.
There is a video on you tube that shows all 27 factory colors available on 69 rr's, ON 27 roadrunners. I assume most if not all of them were available on b-body Dodges.
