Have had good success with JB PlasticWeld over the years with just that sort of thing. What's good about what you've got there is you can build up some thickness on the backside for reinforcement and it won't be visible when assembled.

Is there a video or some sort of instructions for doing this JB Weld thing? I don't have the missing pieces they are long gone.
 
He’s not the only elevator man here. I’m in my 40th year and still going. Just a little slower than I used to.:lol:

Just rough up the area, tape some wax paper to the back side. Then tape some card board to the back and fill the front with JB weld plastic repair. Sand filler and paint.
 
A day late I know. I dropped the bumper to get at the headlight harnesses without removing the grille so I could install the new relays.
