Fuel Injected, Twin Turbo Charger

Thanks guy, and you better have a lot of popcorn as I feel this thing will NEVER be done..........

They are T-4's, not sure of the model but the inducer is 56.5mm the exducer is 74.8mm. Once they are maxed out or fail I will most likely get some GT-60-1's or some GT-67's...

Thanks guys!!! I stayed up late last night and duplicated the caliper bracket. I also started practicing welding aluminum with the tig today. I hope to finish the cold air piping soon....

I started running the cold side as well as a little exhaust work.... You can also see my crappy *** TIG welding skills with the low/no budget x pipe...

i love watching this progress on this project, it is friggin awesome. keep up the good work and keep posting these pics. :sFl_america2:

That's a lot of spaghetti you got there. Looking good man. I need to get a rotary table for my Bridgeport!

Oh, and I recognize those silver plated 1/4-28 12 pt cap screws.

I NEED A BRIDGEPORT!!!

Funny thing is I found those screws long before I knew what they went too, I've been saving them for something and I finally found a use for them even though I typically don't use that pitch with aluminum...

Thanks Guys,

I was able to get a little more done yesterday. I machined out the slot for the crank sensor, I welded up the exhaust and added brackets to mount to the trans. I also finished up welding the aluminum cold pipes going to the coolers. I need a 4" inch pipe before I can start on the cold pipe that goes from the coolers to the engine but I have a couple pipes in place (with tape). I also started assembling the front-end It's not close yet, I just need the grill in so I can figure out how I'm going to cram a condenser, engine oil cooler, Trans cooler, Power steering cooler, and two air to water coolers.....

Some more good news, I didn't take into account the bumper mounts when I mounted my Air to waters, now I have to modify the bumper mounts. Luckily it wont be too difficult....

if you get too much of a jam up with all those coolers dont forget you can put some in other places.just give them there own fan and it wont be a problem.i do that alot with desert racers.

That's a good idea, I wonder if I could mount the oil coolers under the floor boards? not a lot of room under there though....

I'd consider the front wheel well/s. You can make a louvered rock guard and have it in front of the tire. The Porsche 911's had the front (if equipped) oil cooler in that location. A scoop to grab the air from under or something from around the headlight buckets will be required. I'd have to stick my head under some of my cars to get a better idea of the lay out but I think you know what I mean.

I plan on putting A/C in my 69 RR (the neglected orange car) and I only have the 22" radiator. So my thought was to dump some of the heat in the wheel well, which may allow me to run a smaller condenser. It's a 4 spd car so no tranny cooler.

I was thinking I could mount the oil coolers below the head lights. My wheel wells are full of air to water coolers....

You guys are getting WAYYYYYYYYYYY to technical for me talking about air and water coolers. LOL. All i'm seeing is top notch work being done and by the way, i didn't see any crappy work on the x-pipe.

ya,i was thinking the same thing.lots of room to the sides, just mount at an angel to give room for the fan.
