Fury or Sport Fury

Just picked up a '63 Plymouth and the guy was debating whether it was a Fury or Sport Fury with another guy. Would the fender tag identify the model.

Vin number will.

Second digit "4" will be a Sport Fury, "3" will be a Fury

Clean car, spotless underneath. Has the push button mechanism in place just need the cable to make it work..I had the cable from a Polara that I had, hanging in my garage for about 5 years and threw out this summer..****.. It will be a nice cruiser this spring. I have a dart that is geared to low to go for a long easy drive in, so this will be good for that, but I'll sell this in the summer. Want my bucket list Charger.

Yeah, the guy I bought it from had it appraised and it was rated 1.8 condition .. I drove it the day I bought it and forgot how EASY power steering was in these cars. It's like you can spin the steering wheel while sitting still. Got lucky.

Same Seats from factory But was stock red & white, I wanted black & copper , Looked better to me !

Put front disc brakes, 65 auto trans tail shaft for the slip yoke and an a body rear with 3.91 posi. , sub frame connectors etc. etc.

Not going far with this as it will be leaving, but I'm going to change the master cylinder from a single to a dual. Had a single go out back in the day. I swear that car went faster when that brake pedal went to the floor.

Mine has factory BB, AC, PB, PS, PW. But when I added the front disc I upgraded the master . Pulling out the 400 I have in it now, installing a 426 M/W tuned down
