what a asshole on the phone. I sent back my lifters for rebuild and the douche says he has no record of them.I said, I spoke to you last week and you told me that they would be done by the end of this week.
The guy had such a lousy attitude. I'll never buy another Isky product.:thefinger::puke:
 
Maybe the janitor was answering the phone while the tech guy was out having a cigarette? LOL
 
I have been sayin' for YEARS that ISKY customer service SUCKS!!Right up to the owner himself {Richard} who I tried to deal with.So this post does not surprise me in the least and I won't say "I TOLD YA SO:eusa_boohoo:"
 
So when they want $$$ for the rebuild, are you gonna tell them you have no record of shipping anything to them??
 
guess i'm going to eat my words, just got my rebuilt roller lifters back, guess what, NO CHARGE. sent them back on their dime also. it was supposed to be $22.00 per lifter.
i think that's pretty good service.
i wonder what the change of heart was?

kind of surprises me to get great service from Isky. These companies need to wake up as to the fact the internet can make life a bitch or can help make the business grow. GREAT JOB ISKY. The next question is are they done right??
