I'm getting a little paranoid because every time I call a supplier what they sell me falls short of expectations or just doesn't work.I know superstocker has a ton of gauges in his car and I know there has to be a good setup for my 64 Fury.My original gauges look good and I don't have the $2,000 auto instruments quoted me to rebuild them.I'm thinking of adding a gauge pod with a tach and oil pressure gauge and maybe a vacuum or trans temp gauge.Any thoughts on a setup for me.I'm not planning on racing much if at all-I'm building a 500hp cruiserI'm also covering my dash with vinyl so stock appearance is not a concern-Thanks

Is it the actual gauges that give you a problem of the face plate ? My face plate was faded bad so redid it myself. I painted the silver and black and this is how it came out. Ron

Thanks Ron- I saw your pictures before - looks good but what i was looking for is a dash pod where I can add a tach and oilpressure gauge because the idiot light is of no use .I was looking for good quality parts that work and would complement the car(no cheap looking stuff)

i have used autometer guages with great success.if you are not willing to cut any holes in your dash(understandable)try using individual pods for each guage,i found it looks more"retro"then a 2 or 3 guage pannel.i have also powdercoated some pods to match dash color.autometer has many differnt looking designs,so pick what you like.
