Gene Hackman, his wife & their dog were found deceased... Police say it doesn't appear to have been foul play....
Initially it appears to be carbon monoxide poisoning.... RIP

That would be my guess, but why should you need to be signed into view a post about a person's passing.... Post that sort of post in an open forum...
Leave the political forum for political posts... Which I choose not to view since I don't need to see how ignorant some people are....

Because dimwitted people cannot control themselves and hijack a general thread with some political comment and the mods got tired of it and amalgamated the news and politics into one forum.
 
That's one reason I signed up again for the "PF" because I was missing regular news threads.
 
I loved his acting even before I found out he was in the Marine Corps. (French Connection & Hoosiers especially)
