Get ready, the rattlesnake hunt is coming up!

April 22-24. Waynoka, Oklahoma is famous for two things. The Little Saraha State Park and the annual rattlesnake hunt. The Little Saraha is a complex of sand dunes that's great fun. It can get pretty damn rowdy when the bikers take over the town.

There must be plenty of rattlesnakes there because they have this hunt every year. I've never been but it looks like some down-home Oklahoma fun!

When I spent a little time in OK liked the bbq'd baloney; but I'd pass on the snake hunt, lol.

I have been to little sahara during snake hunt several times. Really a good time. My son saw his first wet tee shirt contest there when he was 15
