Can somebody give me some pointers on getting the windshield and side window trim off a 76 Cordoba? Backlight and opera window trim is no problem, but the other stuff seems to be a little bit trickier. Finding replacement pieces is next to impossible so I need to approach this carefully. They look to attach similarly across the B body line, but its impossible to tell for sure. Is there a tool recommended? A better and best place/direction to push-pull-pry?

There is a tool for that . You could get it at almost all the chain auto part stores . Just ask for a trim removal tool .

You can buy a tool for the removal but you must be very careful. I bought one and in my haste couldn't hook the edge of the clip and cracked the windshield. Ended up slowly removing with a small screwdriver and didn't damage any trim.

Windshields always seam to be more difficult to remove as they usually have been replaced at some point. They always use to much sealer and this makes removal the next time very hard. Use a heat gun to soften the sealer. This will help a lot.
