Hey guys any suggestions on what bonding adhesive i should use or should i use any at all thanks before hand for any input

? Bonding adhesive? The cowl is a structural member. Weld it like the factory did.

I would brace it like this then clamp it and make sure you start on the middle and work your way out towards the doors

Brace the windshield opening as well jump back and forth on the inside of the car to the outside of the car keeping the clamps on either side of the spot weld to keep it tight. This techinique keeps th cowl sitting flat to the flange below.Wash both flanges with Acetone first then spray with weld through primer.

Thats right I asked the guy who restores Mopar’s here and he said to weld though it to.Dont scrimp on the bracing. I learned the more bracing the better the power of welds is Is unbelievable.Good luck I hope this helps.
