Getting the Glass Out!

Having an issue and need some help!
I followed the instructions, and got the regulator and a lot of other pieces out, but can’t seem to get the Phillips screws out of the glass bottom to get the whole thing out. The screws just turn and turn, and if I get my hand back there, I can’t hold the backing good enough to loosen the screws. Any help is appreciated!

Not sure what screws your talking about, but if you are referring to the red plastic pieces, they are rivets per-sea... You push out the center, and the other piece will push out.

Ahhh, I remember those. They have a large washered nut with a plastic washer to protect the glass. Get the window high enough, and try to get your arm behind it with a wrench to hold the nut. Keep at it, you will get eventually.

I figured it out! Feeling the back of them, I felt two holes equidistant apart. I thought, what tool do I have that is strong enough, and has pegs that will fit the holes to hold it. My AR wrench!
The front one is too rusty, I’ll have to drill it off.

Successful removal without breaking the glass! Thanks all! Had to drill and punch two screws out!

Speaking of windows does anyone have a couple of these or know where to source. Mine split and I believe I can just pop and new one on the ball. Don't need the whole $50 kit l

Viperakron, I have the piece you are looking for.
Problem is the ball is part of the piece.
