Deck lid showed up today.
+ 20 lbs.
I got a bolt on one so I wouldn't have to deal with pins when fueling up.
I'll post pics in a couple days.
Looks nice .

I bought some headlight decals and put them on aluminum pieces to reinstall in the grille. Save a bit.

I did the same thing....except I did only one of the headlites on each side. I put black screening in the outside headlite holder to kinda simulate the old thunderbolt air inducts.
In this picture I had not yet stuck on the headlite decals I got from Summit.
They are on now.

I have plenty of adjustment out back.
4-link with afco shocks.
Can't hurt to try, right?

With 4 link and Afco's you will be able to get the car to launch even with weight out of the rear of the car.

Lexan arrived today.
I'll officially be 190 lbs. Lighter than my last race. I'm going to work on myself for 10 lbs. to make it an even 200.
I'll be looking for a 9.40's time slip in a month!

Where did you get the lexan windows ?? and how much?

All precut lexan, pre welded window frames, rubber windshield spacers, all hardware, everything needed and shipped for 800 bucks

The worst part is doing it in 38 degree weather with 40 mph winds.

The front windshield weighed 27 lbs.
The gasket was 5 lbs.
The lexan weighed 8 lbs.

Finished all the lexan install this weekend.
It probably took me a full 8 hours of work to figure out and install the drivers side windows. Once I finished, it only took an hour and a half to do the other side.
I wish I did the passenger side first.
The second one came out much better.

I just got it to fit on the hinges correctly yesterday.
Latch is giving me problems.
I need some wedge shaped shims to make it work.
