GIANTS ARE ON FIRE!!!!
Man, even Zito hit an RBI! And last week Zito had the most perfect sacrifice bunt ever! Thankfully Zito's pitching last night was almost a repeat of his performance in last week's game 6 against the Cards. And Sandoval with 3 HR's in one game!! Are you freakin' kiddin' me?! Even some Giants fans themselves were pissing me off last week and yelling in the bar talking trash against Pence everytime he was up. Well guess what? In the playoffs that guy has still put his bat on tons of pitches and in the last series he even hit a home run and some RBI's, not to mention making some incredible catches. Can't say enough good things about the defense performance of Pence, Scutaro (his bat too!), Pagan, Crawford, Sandoval, Posey, Belt, Blanco, etc. either. They've made some incredible diving catches the last 5 games. Man it's a great time to be a Giants fan living in the bay area. And for those who don't live here or aren't Giants fans - do you know how much sweeter these wins are when multiple times they were counted out, only to come back against unbelievable odds (3 in a row on the road vs the Reds, then 3 in a row against the Cards). The "torture" that us Giants fans talk about all the time is what we're used to with this team and their middle name is "comeback". I have no doubts at all that the Giants will take Detroit in this World Series. Might even "ahem!" SWEEP 'em!
