Pabster, as you probably well know, I'm a Oakland Raiders/A's fan too, but I also like the Lion/Tigers also, Always the American League, I have since I was very young, I'm a gluten for punishment I guess....LOL..., but I have been quietly routing for S.F. Giants, just because I'm a Calif. Home-Boy 1st & foremost... I'm not a big fan of ML baseball, anymore after the last 2 player strikes, pretty much killed going to the games for me, gave up my A's season tickets, my Neighbor buddy Darren "the Game Warden" is a die hard S.F. Giants fan, been watching most of the games together, he just had a new son Wil, born last week, I've been being "overly nice to him", lately...LOL... I thought the Tigers would be much better at the plate than they have been so far... No team has comeback from a 3-0 game deficit, in the World Series...

It was a close game, the Tigers held them to overtime! :grin:

That stadium was COLD! Luckily our seats were under the lights in the skybox, so we stayed dry during the last five innings of rain. At the end there was some big meeting of all the SF players out on the mound, jumpin' up and down about something, but Tigers fans didn't watch. Next year!

There is "ABSOLUTELY" no way the Giants will loose the Series to Detroit. 4 Game sweep most likely but maybe in 5 games total. They are just too well coached and the depth is far deeper than Detroit will ever put on the Diamond. Awesome display of power, defense, and hitting. This is all coming from a "Die Hard CUBS" fan too...Go Giants
