And he just finished putting a new dutchman panel in...

From what hes saying over the phone. Very reasonable, and it runs and drives. Well see what it looks like in person. Also said all the frame rails and torque boxes are good. Just lower qtrs, lwr doors and trunk pans..... We'll see... I hope i come home with it

I looked at a 4 speed 69 RR about a month ago...Total rust bucket...All the parts were in a trailer...The guy wanted 3500 bucks for it...Sounds like a good deal to me..

That'll give an idea what going to cost in replacement parts.

If you do take it on, Go through Jeff Brown. He is below list price, and can usually have them at your door in 3-4 days.

Any more photos of the 69 RR vert :headbang:... I Love it, I know it's a little off track on the thread... $3600 if it run & drives, especially if everything is there, it's worth it for parts alone !!, if it's too big of a rust bucket, could be a lot of serious metal work !!, but it sounds like your use to dealing with rust back there, I guess I get kind of spoiled out here in Cali with all these pretty much rust free cars, also usually much more money also...

Torque boxes? It's not a convertible so is a hemi car in 383 clothing? Enquiring minds want to know

for 3g's, even the 3600 he's asking is a helluva good deal! as long it is actually drive-able and the ***-end doesnt fall out when you take off!! lol
