Hey guys.

Finally, let me say again, Finally, my car is going in to the painter on Friday. He is a one man operation in a nice shop behind his house. He is slow, but meticulous, and does amazing work for not a amazing amount of money. I have flipped flopped between blues, f6, fj5, b5, viper blue, b7, etc... With the cost of paint and materials I have decided to go with a "factory pack" its just basic beautiful black, no pearl, no metallic, just a two stage black with a good DuPont clear on top. Then its getting red tail stripes from phoenix graphics and a black interior. Im going ramcharger hood scoops and side scoops. I can't wait! will post update pics as things continue.

Congratulations on your selection and stage of your project. Fresh paint is always the most exciting stage. It brings the car alive even more than the fresh engine can. Hope she turns out beautiful. You didn't say what kind of car you're driving.

My GTX is essentially at the same stage. Basically the same kind of painter and set up. He's pretty slow too so hopefully done shortly. Looking forward to seeing your pics and posting some of mine as well.
