Re-read what you wrote. i believe you meant you'll love you're B body. lol

and I do! i've always liked them. the 74 charger was the first mopar that I ever drove. the A-body will be fun to race in though too!!

How do I tell if my satellites paint is actually an original petty blue?

I was told by a buddy that it is petty blue, but I just want to make sure.
There is someway that I can check the fendertag right? what am I looking for?

and yah superstock, it just makes our projects all the more unique!
Some people look at me like i'm crazy when I tell them i've sunk almost 6 grand into my dart. But to me, its worth it. I've learned sooo much about cars since I got my dart. Completely rebuild drivetrain/suspension, and also goign to be painting it myself and doing all bodywork myself. this is my first project too!!

only 6 lol

well considering that i'm 18 and going to college full time to become a mechanical engineer.. and only working part-time.. 6k in the past 7 months is alot for me!! let alone the cost of my car, and then the satellite for another 1500. LOL.

i realize most people sink wayy more into their projects. but i wil keep going as I get the money :D

IT IS PETTY BLUE! sorry for the crappy pics. took them with my cell phone. and the flash made it look real blury..

how rare is petty blue? and is it really worth restoring to original color eventually?

I looked long and hard for an original Petty blue, 72 Runner with a Big Block once, it was a tough color to find then and that was about 18 years ago., but I found it and got it, She was a 440/ 4 speed car.

and in my opinion, YES ! , personally, I would go back to the original TB3/ Basin St./Petty blue.

is it worth it through being just an original 2 barell 318 car?

I think eventually i probably will go back to that color. but not for a while. right now its my daily driver
