512 R/T

Hey all,
Site looks good. This is my first post. I have a factory WS23 '67 Coronet R/T. I put it on the Coronet registry several years back and it got 600 hits in 3 days. I have some better pics now that its fully complete.
Built in Lynch Road Detroit. One of about 10,000 built, and first year of the R/T anything from Dodge. Saved it from a farm junkyard when I was 17..(I am 40 now). It was super rough, rusty, sinking into the ground and was pretty shook from many a street race, but had all the original parts!
It is a factory QQ1 Dark Red Metallic, white/black interior
750 hours into body and paint restoration
Legendary interior
No options lol
440 was stroked to 512". 7.1" rod, 2200 gram rotating assembly, revs like a small block. Dyno'd 630 hp, 700 ft-lbs of torque. 10.6 compression with heavily ported factory closed chamber heads. Port matched street dom. intake. Full 3" TTI exhaust with ceramic coated headers. Holley Proform 950. Custom Lunati Voodoo cam about 580 lift. Built by the famed chrycopsycho (tech master @ cuda-challenger)
4 speed
3:54 Dana 60
Custom offset billet aluminum Magnum 500's from Wheel Vintiques
275/60/15 rear, 235/60/15 front Goodyear custom redlines from Diamondback Tires
Solid motor mounts
Super Stock Springs
Torque boxes
Subframe connectors
Battery in trunk super stock style
has am radio that you can't hear over the engine
No a/c, no sound deadener, no power steering, drum brakes
No traction in first gear on the 275's but 2nd and on it hits so hard. It gets 17 mpg on the highway at 75 mph and goes 60-80 mph in 1 second (timed). The sound is incredible, especially once you dip in the 4 barrel. No track here so I just practice scaring myself once in a while in it. It is such a riot, but docile enough to take the wife and kids to the park or a store.
Here's a couple pics with 1 coat of a sealant wax (synthetic) followed by 2 coats of carnuba. In my opinion carnuba waxes don't last as long on daily driver but for a weekend toy you can't beat the shine on a darker color.
Cheers
