Half scoop

When I decode a fender tag on a 1969 Super Bee, one of the codes (M46) is described as simulated 1/2 scoop. what is a simulated half scoop? I know what the quarter scoops are on a Super Bee and I know they differ from the RT quarter scoops. But never heard of a simulated half scoop. Is it referring to the dual hood scoops? Any thoughts?? thanks in advance

When I put M46 into the decoder it comes back to:

M46: Simulated ¼ Scoops

Those would be the scoops on the quarter panel.
